Eligibility for Returns

- The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes, oils, and bakhoor cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
